Who can open a trade account?
Anyone specifying or installing wallpaper professionally - interior designers, architects, decorators and contractors, shopfitters, and hospitality or retail operators. If you're not sure whether you qualify, apply anyway and we'll tell you.
Is there a minimum order or annual spend?
No. The 15% applies from your first roll, with no threshold to reach and nothing to commit to each year.
How does the discount work at checkout?
Once your account is approved we'll send you everything you need to know to place your first trade order.
How many samples can I order?
Order what the project needs. Samples are free on a trade account, so you can put real paper in front of a client and check a colourway in their light before you specify.
Can you match a specific colour?
Every design in our catalogue can be recoloured in colours from our palette. Order a colour chart to match colours in person. If you need something outside of this palette, get in touch and our design team can advise.
What paper do you print on?
We offer the choice of three constructions: Traditional Non-Woven 150gsm, Heavy-Grade Vinyl-Coated Non-Woven 300gsm for higher-traffic areas, and a Removable Peel & Stick Non-Woven at 180gsm.
Can I get help calculating quantities?
Send us your wall dimensions and we'll work out what you need. Our estimator is meant to be a guide, not exact, so we recommend consulting the installer. Feel free to call or email to get more help.
